i configured my 32GB usb onto my xbox 360 about 3 days ago but now when i try and put it in my xbox or computer it doesn't show up so i cant change it back, is their a tool i can use that will format it for me?

i cant delete hidded folders because it doesn't show up as a drive in 'computer'& in the device manager it just says
