Out of the X Box 360 and Playstation 3, which system should I buy and which is better for me?

Question by notredamefootball2005: Out of the X Box 360 and Playstation 3, which system should I buy and which is better for me?
It is now March 10, 2008 and PS3 has been out longer now, but I dont want to spend more money if i cannot take advantage of PS3 features such as bluray because I do not have a HD tv. Is xbox360 better for me? Will either system go down in price any time soon? I want to buy one soon so i am looking for adive on this. thank you.
